The Fellowship Group

The Fellowship Group seeks to bring together members of our congregation, and extend the hand of fellowship to our neighbors in the community.
This includes various social events which foster friendship, love for each other and for the Lord.
Activities for which the group is responsible — planning, implementing and fine-tuning — include:
- Hospitality — bringing people together and meeting their need for fellowship. This includes caring for the needs of the congregation at church functions including midweek meals, Sunday coffee fellowship, weddings, funerals and other events.
- Social activities — providing opportunities for our members and our neighbors to interact in various age groups and areas of shared interest.
- New members — Welcoming them, helping them become acquainted and assimilated into the congregation.
- Women’s ministries — providing opportunities for women to grow in their relationship with God and serve Him with their gifts; to enjoy fellowship, and encourage and care for each other.
- Communication — keeping the congregation informed about people and events, promoting the ministries of the church through the welcome center, the bimonthly Link publication and other print and electronic means.
